Your active client relationship is respected+
When you genuinely introduce or manage a booking, we respect that active relationship. We may speak directly with the final client about menus, allergies, villa logistics or culinary details when useful, without using that access to bypass you.
Commercial terms are transparent+
We naturally prioritise client-paid, commission-free professionals because that model closely matches our client-first philosophy. If commission forms part of your model, up to 10% may be agreed in advance exclusively on Mery Rose Mery service fees.
Future bookings are treated separately+
Intermediation applies to the booking or stay you genuinely manage. If the same client later contacts Mery Rose Mery directly for a new booking without your involvement, that reservation is treated as a direct booking.
External suppliers remain independent+
We recommend professionals because we trust their work, not because they pay us to be recommended. External suppliers agree their booking, price, payment and contractual terms directly with the final client.
