How to read your estimate.
Is this a final quotation?
No. It is a realistic starting point. The final proposal is reviewed around your villa, date, guests, menu, timings and any additional suppliers.
What does the estimate include?
It can show founder-chef service fees, indicative food investment, selected extras, transport bands and VAT.
Why does each service have a minimum chef duo fee?
The minimum protects the complete Mery and Alfredo team, the planning, sourcing, preparation and the time reserved exclusively for your villa. It covers the selected service for up to 10 guests. From the 11th guest onward, an additional per-person service amount is added according to the chosen service format.
Why do you show an estimate if the service is tailor-made?
Clarity saves time for you and for us. It helps you compare Single Service, Half-Day Assistance and Full Day Assistance before starting a personal conversation. Each format begins with a minimum reserved service window; it is not a fixed meal package.
What happens after I email the result?
Mery and Alfredo review the details personally, check availability and ask for the villa or preference information needed to prepare the formal proposal.
What is reviewed before the service is confirmed?
We review the villa’s working kitchen, refrigeration, freezer and dry storage, dishwasher, dining areas and available tableware. Every dish is cooked in the villa, so these facilities determine the suitable menu and realistic guest capacity; any external rentals are quoted separately.
