A long professional career in hospitality endorses these two private chefs, together they have accumulated more than 33 years, they have worked in 5-star luxury establishments such as Mandarín Oriental London and Barcelona, W Hotels, Ritz - Carlton Abama, Sheraton or Meliá. These are just some of the prestigious places where they have worked with renowned chefs such as Heston Blumenthal, Martín Berasategui, Josean Martinez Alija, José Pizarro, Gastón Acurio, Ángel León or Andoni Luis Aduriz.
